Video Capture Software

  1. The program stops webcasting after a long period of computer inactivity. What is wrong?


    This behaviour can occur if Advanced Power Management is enabled on the computer.
    To work around this issue, turn off Advanced Power Management before you start the program.
    To turn off Advanced Power Management:

    1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
    2. Double-click Power Management or Power Options.
    3. On the Power Schemes tab, click Always On under Power schemes.
    4. In the Turn off monitor box, click Never.
    5. In the Turn off hard disks box (if available), click Never.
    6. Click OK.
